Refund Policy

Refund requests will not be accepted for orders that are 14 days old or older.

All returned items must be received in unused, like-new condition. A 20% restocking fee applies to all approved returns. Custom orders are not eligible for refunds.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom side plates cannot be returned or refunded. If you experience any issues with a custom order, please reach out and we will work with you to address the problem.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can review the situation and resolve it promptly.

Exchanges

To receive a replacement item as quickly as possible, return the original item first. Once the return has been approved, the new replacement will be shipped
